Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Foreman to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing, safe, and functional. The primary duties of this role will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers and trees, and performing other duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crews of team members.
• Oversee assigned landscape maintenance jobs.

• Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

Physical Requirements:
