DAVID GOMEZ

Accounts Manager, Maintenance

David Gomez grew up in Chiapas, Mexico, and began learning about lawn maintenance the same way many do, by mowing his neighbor’s house part-time.  He quickly saw that working outside in the landscape was his true passion and an excellent way to earn some spending money.  In 2000 David moved to Florida and started working for Baycut Landscaping, Inc, but after two years of employment there, he switched gears and started working for TruGreen, Inc.  David stayed at TruGreen for five years, working himself into a foreman position. 

In 2018 David joined the Crowder’s team as Route 2’s foreman mowing estate homes.  Once property owners saw how he maintained these massive landscapes, he became very sought after.  David is our Accounts Manager for Maintenance.  He oversees field operations and works directly with the crews to deliver fantastic service in the field.  He performs walkthroughs to ensure quality and service expectations are met and assists the Maintenance Manager with hiring, estimates, and team development.  If you see David on-site, rest assured that you are getting our best service.

Family is David’s other passion.  David spends time with his family when he isn’t teaching young landscapers how to transform and maintain properties.  David has been married for 12 years and has two wonderful children.  It’s common to find them all together enjoying the outdoors, beach, or spending quality family time at church on Sundays.
