DREW COLE

Maintenance & Facilities, Manager

Originally from the Midwest, I grew up in Dayton, Ohio. Dayton is the birthplace of aviation and home to the National Museum of the United States Air Force, with a vast collection of aircraft from early 1900s planes to a space shuttle exhibit. Orville and Wilbur Wright built their "Wright Flyer" in Dayton, and after their first flight was in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina returned to Dayton for improvements. Further flights took place in a cow pasture near current-day Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.

I grew up helping my father with his business maintaining properties throughout Dayton. After two years of learning under my dad, I started my own business. I created Cole's Tree & Landscaping, operating it for over four years before I took a position with Light-weight Concrete Engineers building flat roof decks & geological engineering fills.

Following family members, I moved to Florida in 2008. I took my first Florida building plantation shuttlers for Sunburst Shutters Orlando. For nearly five years, I honed my customer service skills by solving problems and issues in the field. Before coming to Crowders Landscaping, Inc, I was the Senior Property Director/Manager at Tampa Metro Area YMCA. I managed 17 Tampa locations and a 65-acre YMCA Camp Cristina campus in Riverview, FL. The camp hosted afterschool programs, group team-building events, summer camp, spring break camp, and many family activities. 

I am the Maintenance & Facilities Manager for Crowder's Landscaping, Inc. I manage seven maintenance crews that regularly have a minimum of 40 team members on staff.
